There’s a lot that goes into making hitmakers, well, hitmakers. Record labels have teams, committees and all kinds of behind-the-scenes people that deal with every facet of an artist’s career. How should this artist look? Hat or no hat? Okay, baseball hat or cowboy hat? Backwards baseball hat?? Seriously — people get paid good money to think about stuff like that!
